An Exclusive Story
Maddox was about to turn 18. Like most parents of an autistic adult, we had no idea what he was going to do. So Maddox and his dad — Eric Bullard — decided to build something.
What started as a father trying to get his son $1,500 a month became a mission that changed our whole family — and is changing others too.

"I knew he could do it. And so did he. What we did not know is how much it would motivate and drive him to success."

How We Got Here
The Beginning
Like most families with an autistic adult child, we had no idea what came next. The question every parent in our shoes asks — "What is he going to do?" — hung over everything. We didn't have a roadmap. We just had faith, and a family who refused to give up.
The Idea
Eric, Maddox's dad and General Manager, had spent years cleaning windows for 35 large car dealerships and homes across the DFW Metroplex in his 20s and 30s. He knew the work. He knew the routine. And he knew Maddox could do it. The goal was simple: get Maddox earning $1,500–$2,000 a month and start teaching him. That's where it all began.
The Miracle
What happened next stopped the whole family in their tracks. Maddox didn't just perform — he excelled. The structure of the work, the clear steps, the visible results — it lit something up in him. He thrived at work. He thrived at home. "It really felt like a miracle in our life," Eric says. And naturally, they started sharing what was happening with customers and anyone who would listen.
The Waiting List
Word spread fast. Parents of other autistic adults started reaching out: "Can my child work with your company?" The answer was always yes — but they had to grow the work first. So the family dug in. Justin, Maddox's brother, worked all summer alongside Maddox and Eric. They were barely making it. But they were building something.
The Grocery Store Moment
There were moments that said everything. At the grocery store, buying everything on sale just to make ends meet, Maddox and his brother would notice someone with a full cart waiting behind them. Without being asked, the boys would help load the belt. They'd tell the stranger about Maddox's business. Sometimes people would try to offer money to help out. Every time, the answer was the same: "No thank you — we're teaching these boys the value of hard work."
Where We Are Now
Today, Maddox, Justin, and Michael are all working hard — and they have the work ethic it takes to help others do the same. The waiting list of families who need what Maddox Bullard offers keeps growing. "They are a blessing to all of us," Eric says. "I truly love helping my son — and yours."
"Sorry — no thank you. We're trying to teach these boys the value of hard work."
When strangers at the grocery store — seeing the family buying everything on sale, barely making ends meet — tried to offer money to help out, that was the answer. Every time.
The Bullard Family
Maddox didn't build this alone. His brothers worked alongside him from the beginning — first Justin, then one year later Michael — through the lean years, the long days, and the moments that tested everyone.
Today all three are working hard and have the work ethic it takes to help others do the same. The waiting list of families who need what Maddox Bullard offers keeps growing.
"They are a blessing to all of us," Eric says. And he means every word.

What We Stand For
We never took a handout. We built this through sweat, sacrifice, and showing up every single day.
This business is run by a family, for families — ours and yours.
We kept the faith when things were hard. That faith is woven into everything we do.
Every autistic adult on our crew deserves a real shot at real work. We make sure they get it.
